Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead medium-complexity projects and act as a subject matter expert in ConnectWise domains. You will manage end-to-end delivery, provide advanced configuration, optimize processes, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities include client meetings, discovery, solution design, and training, while proactively managing risks, scope changes, and dependencies across project phases. Onsite/Hybrid/Remote opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in professional services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation projects end-to-end.
• Serve as primary consultant for mid-sized client engagements.
• Design, configure, and optimize ConnectWise solutions to meet business needs.
• Facilitate client meetings, discovery, and training sessions.
• Identify risks and manage scope and dependencies across project phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices.
