ConnectWise is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead medium-complexity projects and serve as a subject matter expert in ConnectWise domains. You will manage end-to-end delivery for standard to moderately complex implementations, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met.

You will design, configure, and optimize ConnectWise solutions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve issues and drive best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle implementation projects within scope, time, and quality.
• Serve as primary consultant for mid-sized client engagements.
• Design, configure, and optimize ConnectWise solutions.
• Facilitate client meetings, discovery, updates, and training.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and dependencies.
• Apply implementation methodologies and maintain documentation.
• Analyze client workflows and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with product, support and sales teams.
• Create reusable assets to improve delivery consistency.
• Mentor junior consultants through coaching.
• Support pre-sales or scoping as needed.
