Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive technical engagement in a remote, field-based role across the US.

You will blend deep cybersecurity know-how with business outcomes to guide customers through architecture, demonstrations and proof-of-value activities. You will collaborate with sales, professional services and product teams to secure technical wins, deliver impactful demos, and help customers realize value from PANW solutions across on-prem and cloud

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
• Understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures.
• Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred.
• Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders in a customer-facing or internal role; prior pre-sales experience is ideal.
• Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans.
• Understand customer business requirements and demonstrate high-level designs across PANW portfolio.
• Drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform and build relationships to improve productivity and security outcomes.
• Lead technical validation efforts and orchestrate resources for a unified customer approach.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions.
• Deliver clear, customer-focused demos and workshops to communicate complex ideas effectively.
