Job summary

Jellyvision, a Chicago-based company, is hiring a Solutions Consultant to be the go-to product expert for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. Remote-friendly, this role supports deals from discovery to implementation, delivering tailored demos and security-aware solutions.

You’ll collaborate with account executives, marketing, and product to translate customer needs into practical architectures, APIs, and integrations while maintaining a focus on data privacy and enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation in HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities.
• Lead discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and train teammates.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO.
