Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite. You will master our products, support the Revenue and Renewal teams, and ensure security, data integration, and customer needs are met throughout the sales process.

You will lead discovery, deliver tailored demos, and partner with Marketing and Product to bring voice of the market into the benefits suite. This role involves travel up to 25% and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of security, data privacy and integration considerations in enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution to buyer needs and demonstrate integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO).
• Answer RFPs and support plan analysis with the Deal Desk team; contribute to revenue goals.
• Deliver in-depth demos and create customer-facing collateral.
