Blitzy seeks a VP, Solutions Consulting to lead its pre‑sales growth engine. You will own strategy and execution for how Blitzy engages technically with customers and drive durable up‑market revenue.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant enterprise software/ cloud/ AI experience.
2+ years leading a pre-sales team or organization; measurable revenue impact.
Proven ability to execute strategic GTM initiatives and scalable operating models.
Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and value-based discovery.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategy for the Solutions Consulting organization; shape technical GTM, improve win rates, and drive adoption.
Lead a growing solutions consulting team with the right structure and leadership bench.
Partner with Sales to accelerate revenue growth and build relationships with strategic accounts.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps with field insights and reference architectures.
Build a strong leadership team and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Design operating rhythms (planning, reviews, forecasting, KPIs) to optimize performance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across GTM motions and partner models.
Standardize methodologies (MEDDIC, discovery, POCs, win strategies) for efficiency.
Serve as an executive sponsor with customers and partners, representing technical strategy.
Own the budget and investment strategy for Solutions Consulting.
