Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT analysis, strong communication, and experience with data management and BI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT business/information environment analysis.
• 2+ years on web-based applications and portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data management and modeling/mining tools.
• Ability to assemble Excel/PowerPoint/Word documents quickly.
• Familiarity with ML/AI concepts.
• Proficient in lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex concepts concisely.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of solutions and release management.
• Gather requirements, document and work with developers to build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems for BI insights.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure solution delivery.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs for meetings and briefs across teams.
• Assist in risk assessment and prioritization of work.
• Contribute to test planning and execution activities.
