Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Business Solutions Developer III to design, build, and support business‑oriented applications, automations, data solutions, and reporting capabilities. The role translates complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions and guides the full lifecycle of each project.

You will mentor peers, lead design and code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and enterprise technology partners using SQL, C#, Python, .NET, APIs, Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Completion of a technical training program (e.g., LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred Advanced SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with C#, Python, .NET, or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
• Intermediate knowledge with Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Teradata, or similar database platforms.
• API and systems integration experience.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting production applications in an operational environment.
• Nice To Have Healthcare, managed care, claims, or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications, databases, reporting solutions, or automations.
• Applies basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support business applications and data solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders and peers.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Support full solution lifecycle from deployment to production support and documentation.
