Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales - Senior Solutions Architect - SDDC to lead the development of Statements of Work and align solutions with client needs.

You will drive revenue growth, partner with sales and engineering teams, and contribute to practice development while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate brings deep service delivery expertise, thought leadership, and a track record of modernizing infrastructure using cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
• Experience supporting cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, and security initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to support clients, engagements, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with client needs and objectives.
• Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying opportunities and expanding offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
• Partner with sales, customer success, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to practice development through innovation and standards creation.
• Build trusted client relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
• Provide thought leadership in service delivery and cloud technologies.
• Evaluate business challenges and recommend technology solutions for efficiency.
• Lead assessments and guide evaluation, selection, and implementation of tech.
• Stay current with emerging tech and modernization opportunities.
