Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong software architecture and solution design experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise software applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud environments, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience in client discovery, consulting, or pre-sales activities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience estimating technical projects and defining team structures.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client problems, environments, and project requirements.
• Design software architectures and recommend technologies and delivery approaches.
• Translate requirements into proposed solutions, scopes, and project plans.
• Support Sales during pre-sales conversations, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Estimate project complexity, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Present solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate alignment of opportunities with engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and recruiting to identify required talent.
• Guide transition fromSales to delivery with technical oversight.
• Help establish reusable capabilities and solution patterns for the practice.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend hiring or training.
