Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Deep technical expertise in Cloud, Automation, Containers, AI, Storage and Networking.
• Ability to guide and mentor staff and communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Gather customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build the technical solution with engineers within the team and organization.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops for customers and partners.
• Provide advanced technical support during solution deployment, integration, and post-production phases.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and drive root-cause analysis to resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and customer satisfaction.
