Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Architect – Sales and Solutions Engineering in Texas. This onsite role requires strong technical leadership and customer engagement across cloud, automation, containers, AI, storage and networking.

The candidate will lead workshops, PoCs and solution demonstrations, work with field teams and engineering, and travel to customer sites including international destinations as needed. Fluency in English and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 6–10 years of experience.
Solid software engineering and programming experience required.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.
Gather customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Build the technical solution in collaboration with engineers within team and organisation
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and hands‑on workshops for customers and partners.
Provide advanced technical support during solution deployment, integration, and post‑production phases.
Troubleshoot complex customer issues and drive root‑cause analysis to resolution.
Collaborate with sales, presales, product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and customer satisfaction
