Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Associate in engineering field with 6+ years in technical/engineering; OR 8+ years delivering Public Safety/enterprise deployments.
• Excellent presentation skills and diagramming proficiency (MS Visio or similar).
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to travel up to ~25% of the time.
• CJIS Security Policy familiarity and ability to pass fingerprint background checks.

Responsibilities

• Integrate programmatic, technical, systems engineering, business, and personnel elements of projects.
• Understand requirements, align with customer solution needs with Pre- and Post-Sales teams.
• Lead and defend technical and programmatic decisions with project manager to mitigate gaps.
• Tailor change management and systems engineering processes; coordinate with customer and engineering teams.
