Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to drive technical delivery for public safety and enterprise deployments in the United States. You will translate customer requirements into resilient architectures, collaborating with Pre- and Post-Sales, project managers, and developers to ensure successful outcomes.

The role demands 6+ years in a technical/engineering capacity, strong presentation and communication skills in English, and willingness to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree plus 6+ years' technical/engineering experience.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal/written English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into architectures and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Lead and defend technical and programmatic project decisions with PM and stakeholders.
• Tailor change management and systems engineering processes for deployments.
• Aid in cost/schedule planning by identifying technical risks and mitigations.
• Act as technical counterpart in customer, third-party, and internal meetings.
