Job summary

Docker is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead high-stakes customer engagements across product, sales, and engineering. You will partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Post-Sales, and Product teams to drive measurable business and technical value through container and AI initiatives.

You will travel up to 50% domestically and internationally and create custom demos, enablement content, and engagement plans that align with customer goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting solutions and demonstrations to audiences, virtually and in person.
• Experience interfacing with internal product teams to enhance documentation, enablement, and product features.
• Experience developing application code and understanding developers' daily challenges.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead with key customers and cross-functional Docker teams to accelerate container and AI journeys.
• Gather customer goals and challenges related to their container and AI journey.
• Create and manage engagement plans spanning existing products and new Docker offerings.
• Oversee rapid prototyping engagements to validate customer-product fit for new use cases.
• Deliver custom demos and content aligned to customer use cases.
• Produce high-impact enablement content for developers and executives.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as a senior Docker representative.
