Job summary

Docker, Inc. seeks a Principal Solution Architect for its Canadian Market to build and scale the Professional Services Practice. You will work with senior leadership to shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver enterprise engagements around agentic AI and secure supply chains.

This remote-first role focuses on large-scale deployments and strategic customer outcomes. Expect partnerships with product, marketing, and revenue teams to expand services while ensuring technical

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Professional Services as architect, consultant, or equivalent.
• Experience deploying self-hosted and air-gapped deployments and secure architectures.
• Enterprise integration with identity providers and federated SSO including RBAC.
• Hands-on AI/ML workflows, agentic AI architectures, and AI security patterns.
• Strong ability to drive revenue outcomes and executive-level architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and codify repeatable reference architectures across Docker use cases.
• Translate architectures into customer-facing collateral, SOW templates, and success patterns.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue teams to align services with the AI platform roadmap.
• Lead enterprise engagements and oversee delivery partners to meet objectives.
