The role collaborates with PMs, application specialists, and customers to ensure successful deployments of the Command Center solutions.

Strong presentation and English language skills are essential, with travel ~25–50% expected. Applicants must meet security requirements under CJIS policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in engineering or technical field; 6+ years of technical experience, or 8+ years in delivering public safety projects.

Responsibilities

• Integrate programmatic, technical, systems engineering, and business elements of the project.
• Understand requirements and architecture; work with Pre and Post-Sales teams to align with customer needs.
• Lead and defend technical and programmatic decisions; identify and mitigate risk with Project Manager.
• Tailor change management and systems engineering processes with customers and engineering teams.
• Assist Project Management in cost and schedule management by identifying risks and mitigation options.
