Elastic invites a Senior Customer Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor, pairing with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure Elastic solutions exceed expectations. You will craft detailed Technical Success Plans and align deployments with business goals, accelerating value realization and expansion across the Elastic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field highly preferred.
• Validated experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre‑sales Engineer with hands‑on Elastic solutions or equivalent.
• Experience with Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or Elastic Stack and aligning them to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical success plan for each customer and outline optimal use of Elastic solutions.
• Ensure onboarding, adoption, and ongoing consumption of Elastic solutions to drive ARR.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and Solutions Architect to provide technical coverage.
• Communicate value proposition and align Elastic solutions with customer goals.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions to smooth adoption and implementation.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
