Jobot is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to partner with prospective customers, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and run proof-of-value engagements across enterprise SaaS. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape success metrics, assets, and scalable solutions while helping grow the Solutions Engineering function.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering roles supporting enterprise SaaS solutions.
Background in vAI, Observability, AIOps, automation, and enterprise operations.
Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
Strong technical foundation in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies including Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven ability to lead PoV engagements from discovery through implementation with measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication, tailoring messaging to technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

Partner with prospective customers to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Lead proof-of-value engagements and drive customer success alongside Product and Engineering.
Develop scalable technical assets and contribute to growing the Solutions Engineering function.
