Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Pre‑Sales) to lead technical discovery and solution design for Fortune 500 evaluations across North America. The role emphasizes translating complex platform capabilities—AI-powered orchestration, agentic automation, and MCP—into clear business value for executive audiences.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive technical sales stages, deliver custom demonstrations, and help shape product direction based on market insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CS degree a plus.
3–5 years pre-sales or solutions architecture in SaaS.
Hands-on experience with iPaaS, enterprise integration, or automation.
Experience with Fortune 1000 customers and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and validation during enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrate platform value including AI orchestration and MCP to executives.
Collaborate with account teams to drive technical sales stages to closure.
Educate prospects on business/technical concepts to CIOs and IT leaders.
Shape product roadmap by channeling market insights to Product Management.
Deliver custom demonstrations of end-to-end enterprise automation.
