Job summary

GitLab Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the Southern EMEA region. You will advise customers on AI-powered DevSecOps platforms, guide architectural decisions, and lead technical evaluations across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to shape strategies, design workshops, and drive platform adoption, building long-term customer relationships and advocating for GitLab’s solutions.

Qualifications

Experience with technical pre-sales and customer guidance through solution design.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.
Ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases and run workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across the full lifecycle.
Own the technical evaluation process, including solution design and value proofs.
Collaborate with regional sales to shape account strategies in Southern EMEA.
Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders.
Advise customers on modern software development, security, and cloud practices.
Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
Maintain and extend technical expertise and create reusable collateral.
Invest in personal growth and mentorship within the Solutions Architect team.
