Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Asia team, based in Singapore, reporting to the Asia Solutions Architect Manager. You will guide customers through architecture, proofs of value, and workshops to demonstrate GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform across the full software lifecycle.

You’ll drive technical evaluations, shape architectures, and act as the customer voice to Product Management while growing platform adoption and value-based selling.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through solution design and evaluation.
• Understanding of CI/CD and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
• Strong communication for varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across Asia.
• Own solution design and value workups with customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and GTM teams to drive new business.
• Build relationships with practitioners and leaders to advocate for GitLab.
• Advise on modern software development, cloud practices, and security.
• Share customer feedback to Product Management to inform roadmap.
• Create reusable technical collateral and best-practice guidance.
• Invest in growth and develop team impact.
