Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to champion our PACE organization, focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and Data360 for large enterprise clients. You will lead workstreams, co-create the vision, and own execution with clients and partners.

You’ll be a trusted advisor with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of navigating complex programs and guiding rational technology deployments that deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in technology/engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Consulting experience and Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data360.
• Lead one or more workstreams in enterprise engagements; co-create vision and drive execution.
• Identify risk areas and ensure issues reach complete resolution; manage client expectations.
