Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an AI Architect to be the senior technical owner for a named portfolio of customers, shaping AI strategy and guiding adoption from discovery to measurable business impact.

You will own the technical account plan across ChatGPT Enterprise, the company API, Codex, and other AI solutions, translating business priorities into a focused use-case portfolio and adoption roadmap.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, solutions engineering or technical account leadership.
• Experience guiding enterprise organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption and measurable business impact.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical and business leaders and hands-on engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and long-term technical relationship owner for a portfolio of customers and pre-sales prospects.
• Own the technical account plan, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead discovery with executives and technical teams to identify use cases tied to business outcomes.
• Develop Applied AI architectures spanning models, data, integration, security, governance, and deployment.
• Guide customers through evaluations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value.
• Maintain a focused use-case portfolio with clear ownership and adoption plans.
• Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, AI leaders, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Deployment Engineering, enablement, product and partners.
