• Support digital marketplace and B2B solutions through collections and services.
• Position innovative solutions across Banking-as-a-Service and Open Banking.
• Share market feedback to influence Citi roadmap and product agenda.
• Review account plans to identify sales opportunities for fintech and digital assets.
• Execute on a target list, convert pipeline to revenue.
• Meet sales management goals for CRM, pipeline, and kickoff projects.
• Coordinate with Implementations and Client Success for smooth handover.
• Represent the firm at team meetings and industry conferences.
