Job summary

Citigroup's Citi Treasury & Trade Solutions team seeks a Solution Sales Sr Specialist in New York to lead end-to-end payments and digital asset deals for corporate clients. You will craft responses to RFPs, pitch solutions like Spring by Citi, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in payments, strong communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing timelines and ensuring client success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years work experience in payments/cash management/merchant acquiring industry.
• Experience as a Sales Lead driving sales activity and top performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex third-party payment and digital asset deals end-to-end, including RFP responses and client pitches.
• Support digital marketplace and consumer-to-business initiatives (Spring by Citi, merchant acquiring, Banking-as-a-Service).
• Position innovative solutions across industries such as Banking-as-a-Service and Open Banking.
• Share market feedback to influence Citi's roadmap and product agenda.
• Review account plans to identify sales opportunities and support origination for Fintech and Digital Asset flows.
