Job summary

Citi is seeking a Services Solution Sales Senior Manager to lead senior-level client relationships and drive new business growth across a portfolio of Industrials clients in North America.

In this Director-level role, you will own the full sales lifecycle—from origination and pipeline development through to mandate wins and revenue realization—while leading a team of product and solution sales professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services sales or product management.
• Ability to originate, develop, and close complex deals in cash management or trade finance.
• Experience managing large, multi-national client relationships with revenue accountability.
• Deep knowledge of Payments, Liquidity, and Trade Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, pipeline development, and revenue growth for Industrials clients.
• Advise clients on cash management and working capital solutions.
• Execute portfolio sales strategy with global partners.
• Lead complex deal processes including RFPs and client presentations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen product penetration.
• Collaborate to ensure mandates are implemented and revenue realized.
