Job summary

Citi Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) is seeking a Solution Sales Sr Specialist in New York to lead complex third-party payment and digital asset deals end-to-end, including RFPs and client pitches.

You will support digital marketplace initiatives and Open Banking strategies, engaging with fintech and digital asset clients while collaborating with Implementations to ensure smooth handovers and a strong client experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments/cash management/merchant acquiring industry.
• Sales lead experience with top performance.
• Strong presentation and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex third-party payment and digital asset deals end-to-end including RFP responses and client pitches.
• Support digital marketplace and consumer-to-business solution initiatives, through our collections proposition centered around Spring by Citi and merchant acquiring, Banking-as-a-Service.
• Position fintech and digital asset solutions across industries such as Banking-as-a-Service and Open Banking.
• Share feedback on market developments to influence Citi's roadmap and product agenda.
• Review account plans to identify sales opportunities and support origination for Fintech and Digital Asset flows.
• Convert pipeline into actual sales revenue and meet CRM and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Implementations and Client Success to ensure deals are handed over smoothly to deliver client experience.
• Attend team and management meetings to report performance and raise profile.
• Represent the bank at industry conferences and seek speaking roles.
