Salesforce is seeking a Senior SPM Solution Engineer to join our global team. You’ll collaborate with account executives to understand client goals and demonstrate the value of our Sales Performance Management offerings.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, crafting innovative solutions, delivering world-class product demonstrations, and driving scale across the Salesforce portfolio. Strong Salesforce expertise and enterprise experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Prior experience using Salesforce as a power user or admin.
• Salesforce certifications a plus (Administrator, Architect).
• Experience with enterprise-level clients in a Pre-Sales/solutions role.
• Excellent speaking and presentations, both in-person and online.
• Strong writing skills for internal and external communications.
• Strong time management across multiple projects and cycles.
• Creative mindset with ability to propose new solutions for customers.
• Business acumen to translate goals into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
• Present executive-level product demonstrations to key stakeholders highlighting value.
• Be a SME internally and externally with credibility through demos and discovery calls.
• Innovate by creating new solutions to enable client business initiatives.
• Execute enablement activities (webinars, best practices, knowledge sharing).
• Enable the broader Solution Engineering team and cross-functional distribution to position value.
• Become an expert in all SPM applications with high Salesforce proficiency.
• Routinely engage with sales and product teams to gather feedback and improve offerings.
• Partner with AEs to leverage internal resources to build brand awareness and close deals.
