Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Principal Solution Engineer for the Global Private Equity & Startups Practice.

The role focuses on advising PE firms, portfolio companies, and AI-native startups on multi-cloud Salesforce and Agentforce solutions to drive deal flow, portfolio operations, and revenue growth. You will run executive discovery sessions, tailor demonstrations, and build AI-enabled capabilities that scale across portfolios, partnering with senior leaders and the PE & Startups team to shape

Formación

Hands-on curiosity about generative and agentic AI.
Experience with executive-facing engagements and complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Ability to translate business value into technical demonstrations and scalable playbooks.

Responsabilidades

Advise on agentic transformation for PE firms, portfolio companies, and startups using multi-cloud Salesforce and Agentforce.
Lead discovery and value-framing sessions with senior stakeholders to connect AI/data strategy with investment theses.
Design and deliver tailored demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept showing AI agents in action.
Articulate how Salesforce accelerates revenue, efficiency, and exit readiness across portfolios.
Collaborate with PE & Startups Relationship Management and enablement teams.
