Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer in the Global Private Equity & Startups Practice to advise PE firms, founders, and portfolio companies. You will craft multi-cloud solution narratives, run executive discovery sessions, and connect AI, data strategy, and deal flow to measurable value.

Qualifications

A strong track record in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or solution consulting for enterprise software, ideally with executive-facing engagements.
Ability to articulate business value and ROI to senior investors and operators.
Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce offerings and AI-enabled deal workflows.

Responsibilities

Advise PE firms and portfolio companies on agentic AI and Salesforce solutions for deal flow, LP relations, portfolio operations, and revenue growth.
Lead executive discovery and value-framing sessions with Managing Directors and founders.
Design tailored demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept demonstrating AI agents working with people.
Articulate how Salesforce accelerates revenue growth and exit readiness across portfolios.
Collaborate with startup ecosystem and PE partners to scale AI-native portfolios.
