Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture for the AI & Developer Platform in the United States. You will lead a team of senior technical experts who articulate business value and technical details to customers, partnering with sales leadership to grow developer revenue.

You will bridge technical sales and product engineering, mentoring architects and driving a data-driven value narrative with executives. 7+ years in cloud/ storage/ full-stack sales is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales of cloud computing, storage, or full-stack engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving revenue in complex environments.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies and distributed serverless platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight: develop and execute long-term technical sales strategy with regional leaders to drive pipeline and revenue for Cloudflare Developer Platform.
• People management: mentor and grow a team of Solution Architects as trusted advisors and regional leads.
• Cross-functional collaboration: liaise with executive leadership, Product Management, and Product Marketing to align goals and deliver data-driven value propositions.
• Budget and resource allocation: manage annual budget and ensure the team is staffed to meet goals.
• Executive engagement: support aligning business and technical value with C-level executives at strategic accounts.
• Product evolution: create feedback loops to refine the product roadmap based on customer usage.
