Intact Technology seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to act as a technical pre-sales partner with Account Executives, designing ServiceNow-based solutions that meet complex customer needs. You will translate requirements, build compelling demonstrations, and ensure solutions align with best practices for federal clients.

The role requires deep technical ServiceNow knowledge, CSA certification, and the ability to communicate with both technical teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 5+ years with enterprise tech solutions including ServiceNow.
• Current ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Ability translating complex tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of customer discovery and translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design cross‑platform solutions aligned with customer needs and best practices.
• Develop and deliver technical demos, presentations, and walkthroughs.
• Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle for technical guidance.
• Articulate ServiceNow architecture to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to validate feasibility and approach.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and competitive pursuits.
• Assist with handoffs from pre-sales to delivery.
