Job summary

Intact Technology is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to partner with Account Executives in designing and presenting compelling ServiceNow solutions that address complex customer challenges. You will translate requirements into technically sound designs and guide customers from discovery through proposal.

The role requires deep ServiceNow knowledge, CSA certification, and the ability to communicate value to both technical and executive audiences, including federal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with enterprise technology solutions, including ServiceNow.
• Current ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and workflows.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate architecture, capabilities, integrations, and considerations to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to validate feasibility and approach.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and competitive pursuits.
