Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations. This remote role requires deep technical expertise, architecture skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation using the ServiceNow platform.

You will design, develop, and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules, mentoring juniors and coordinating with stakeholders. Strong REST/SOAP integration and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications following best practices
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
• Perform code reviews, tuning, and ensure security/compliance
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and propose enhancements
• Support pre-sales activities including demos and proposals
