Job summary

Intact Technology in Reston, VA seeks a senior Business Solution Consultant to help federal clients maximize ServiceNow value through business analysis, process consulting, and practical solution design. You will translate needs into scalable solutions and lead client workshops.

Role requires TS/SCI clearance, on-site work in the DC metro area, and a track record in ITSM, process improvement, and stakeholder influence. You will mentor teammates and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance — must-have (no exceptions).
• 5–7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including business analysis and process improvement.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Expertise with the ServiceNow ITSM application suite.
• Advanced proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong ITIL principles and Agile delivery familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and process consulting activities within projects, aligning deliverables with customer objectives.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer on projects, guiding internal teams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements and current-state processes.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation (INVEST, BPMN, SMART).
• Lead product demonstrations and articulate business value to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors within the project.
• Advise on leading practices in business analysis and ServiceNow adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with ITIL and organizational goals.
• Perform QA checks and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Occasionally mentor peers within the team.
