Job summary

Intact Technology, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our remote team in the United States. You will lead technical pre-sales, design ServiceNow solutions, and deliver demonstrations for complex customer challenges. A CSA certification and 5+ years of enterprise tech experience are preferred.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure feasible, high-value proposals and successful handoffs into delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise technology solutions experience including ServiceNow.
• Current ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of customer discovery and translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design solutions across the ServiceNow platform aligned with customer needs and best practices.
• Develop and deliver technical demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to provide technical expertise.
• Articulate ServiceNow architecture and capabilities to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Solution Architecture to validate feasibility and delivery approach.
• Support RFIs/RFPs and proposals with technical responses.
