Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions to public sector clients in the US. You will lead discovery, architecture discussions, and compelling demonstrations to validate solution fit and customer value.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing, delivering proofs of concept, and showcasing AI-enabled Workiva capabilities. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years related experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Experience with public-sector assured financial reporting within Federal, State, Local industries.

Responsibilities

• Apply Workiva's pre-sales frameworks to drive discovery, demos, RFP responses, and customer alignment.
• Demonstrate expertise across Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions for Public Sector use cases.
• Partner with Sales to develop account plans, support technical qualification, and shape deal strategy.
• Build proofs of concept, and collaborate with partners and Client Services for onboarding.
• Demonstrate AI fluency to improve presales execution and position AI capabilities.
• Stay current on product roadmap and market trends to support roadmap selling.
