Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support by mapping customer outcomes to Workiva platform capabilities. You will lead demonstrations, validate requirements, and craft compelling business cases for prospects and customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, ensure successful onboarding, and deliver value through tailored Proofs of Concept. Remote-friendly, travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or 2 years and a PhD.
Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting knowledge is valuable in this role. Candidates should develop deep domain expertise in financial services workflows, regulations, and use cases
Fluency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings, drive discovery, lead product demonstrations, and identify areas where Workiva solutions address needs
Demonstrate expertise across Workiva domains—Financial Reporting, GRC, Sustainability Reporting—and develop knowledge of industries and use cases
Assist sales in developing account plans supporting Workiva strategies and objectives
Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proofs of Concept to validate requirements, and present partner-specific business cases
Ensure customer success by coordinating with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services for onboarding and ongoing success
Assist in developing new use-cases or use existing templates to show value and impact
Travel up to 40% and work remotely as needed
