Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support, delivering technical expertise through architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and value messaging of the Workiva platform.

You will create example solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept to showcase viability and value to customers. You will engage customers via calls, web, or onsite meetings, develop business cases, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, and Sales to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or related field.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Experience engaging with business or IT managers and executives is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings.
• Drive discovery and identify how Workiva solutions align to address needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domains and industries with solution demonstrations.
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, and customer-specific business cases.
