You will collaborate with Client Services and Product Marketing to demonstrate value, develop proofs of concept, and deliver tailored demonstrations. The role requires strong communication, cross-domain knowledge, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or related field.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings, drive discovery, and identify areas where Workiva solutions address needs.
• Ensure customer success by working with Workiva Client Services for smooth onboarding and long-term success.
• Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domains, developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can impact.
• Assist in developing new use-cases or using existing templates to prove our solution's impact and value.
• Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts, and present customer-specific business cases.
• May deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
• Work with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals.
• Assist Sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives.
