Job summary

Workiva, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead pre-sales activities, showcasing the platform to prospective and current clients.

The role connects customer outcomes to platform capabilities, rapidly iterating solutions, and guiding technical validation and value-based demonstrations. You will demonstrate Workiva's platform across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting, support sales with account planning, and help drive customer success through collaboration with

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of related experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience presenting to executives at large enterprises is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Hands-on with SaaS solutions and cloud architectures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through pre-sales framework via virtual and onsite meetings and lead product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate expertise across domain areas: Financial Reporting, GRC, Sustainability Reporting.
• Assist sales with account planning aligned to Workiva strategies.
• Conduct process assessments, build PoCs, and present business cases.
• Coordinate with implementation partners for customer onboarding and ongoing success.
• Develop new use-cases and extend value propositions with templates.
• Provide cross-domain coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to meet goals.
