Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support pre-sales activities, demonstrate platform value, and guide customers through technical validation and value-based demonstrations. You will connect customer outcomes to platform capabilities, iterate solutions, and collaborate with sales, product marketing, and client services to drive success.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, SaaS/ cloud knowledge, and the ability to articulate business needs

Formación

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings.
• Lead product demonstrations and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer needs.
• Assist sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives.
• Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present business cases.
• Ensure customer success by working with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services team for smooth on-boarding and long term success.
• May begin to deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
