Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects for Solution Architect
10+ years for Sr. Solution Architect with PACE Industry experience
Experience in both waterfall and agile software development lifecycles

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and/or Data360.
Lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise engagements and deliver ROI-focused solutions.
Communicate effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage expectations, and resolve roadblocks to achieve program goals.
Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable and aligned with client business objectives.
