You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering comprehensive architectural solutions and hands-on guidance across business and technical teams. You will partner with customers to define requirements, drive delivery, and ensure ROI while navigating complex stakeholder environments and maintaining

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Agentforce Contact Center and AI toolchains.
• Ability to define system architecture and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Proven track record in enterprise project delivery and client success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients with deep Agentforce Contact Center expertise.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to increase business value.
• Lead multiple workstreams and ensure customer acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, removing roadblocks and managing risk.
• Identify and resolve risks; negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
• Review project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track and scalable.
• Drive program vision and articulate strategies to enable Salesforce technology.
