Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect for its Professional Services, focusing on the Agentforce Contact Center within the PACE organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding large enterprise clients through architecture design, AI toolchains, and strategic delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams, articulate visions, and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions while navigating complex stakeholder needs and risk management.

Qualifications

Experience with Agentforce Contact Center configuration and customization.
Experience in AI toolchains (Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.).
Expert level in defining system architecture and gap analysis.
Experience leading discovery, writing user stories and designs.
Experience documenting business processes and system designs.
Strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with rapid learning ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Team player with large-scale enterprise implementations.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
