You will lead one or more workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive delivery by applying customer-centric, technically sound solutions across business processes and systems while ensuring alignment with Salesforce goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Agentforce Contact Center configuration and customization.
• Proven ability to drive agentic delivery using AI toolchains.
• Expert in defining system architecture and delivering complete solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Experience documenting business processes using UML and process diagrams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Team player with enterprise-implementation experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities
