Qualifications

• Extensive experience with configuration and customization with Agentforce Contact Center.
• Experience in AI toolchains (eg. Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud).
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering a comprehensive solution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients, leveraging deep expertise in Agentforce Contact Center.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
• Drive agentic delivery and ensure delivery outcomes across engagements.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Identify and manage risk areas and resolve issues to completion.
• Review and steer project direction to keep programs on track and extensible.
