Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician 3 to perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnoses. This role trains and develops other field team members and requires an electrical certification per state requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field construction experience; at least 1 year as a service technician in solar
• High School diploma required
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule
• Coordinate labor resources for service and warranty projects
• Train and develop Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians
• Lead meetings to train the local field service team on best practices
• Support onboarding and training of new field performance members
• Exceed goals for field performance KPIs including turnaround time and dispatches
