Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty tasks and improve field operations. You will work with supervisors to allocate labor, supervise technicians, and drive efficiency in dispatches and safety compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of solar experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Must pass a driving background check and may require a Journeyman license depending on state requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
• Great customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical/ PV diagrams and system interconnections.

Responsabilités

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with foreman and branch manager.
• Assist with training for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align the local field service team.
